These terms outline the expectations, limitations, and responsibilities involved when you use our English fluency coaching services. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Coaching Format

London Academy provides virtual English coaching via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms. We do not offer in-person lessons.

2. Service Scope

Our coaching focuses on spoken fluency, professional communication, pronunciation, and real-life English usage — particularly for IT professionals. We do not provide grammar-heavy instruction or prepare students for standardized tests unless agreed upon.

3. Session Scheduling

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in the case of emergencies or technical issues.
  • If you’re late, the session will still end at the agreed time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Payment

  • All pricing is disclosed during the discovery call or on the website.
  • Payments are due before the start of your first session or billing cycle.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. Partial refunds may be considered for unused packages or in extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and coaching structures are the property of London Academy. You may not share, reproduce, or resell them.

8. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time and ready to participate
  • Use a stable internet connection
  • Engage respectfully with your coach and other learners

9. Results Disclaimer

While many clients experience career and confidence breakthroughs, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., job offers, promotions). Progress depends on your effort, consistency, and context.

10. Privacy & Communication

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We may contact you regarding your sessions, updates, or occasional offers — always with the option to opt out.
